SHIPPING
I ship is via insured priority mail. I find it to be fast, reliable and relatively inexpensive. I will not ship an item without insurance for the full cost of the item. If you desire delivery confirmation, let me know and I will be happy to do that and send the tracking information to your email address. If you need other shipping arrangements, please contact me.
If the item you select is in my current inventory, I usually can ship within three business days. If it is a custom order or a limited edition piece, the delivery time will vary with the amount of work involved and the complexity of the design. Contact me and I will discuss these arrangements with you.
RETURN POLICY
First and foremost I want you to be happy with your jewelry purchase. To that end, I offer the following return policy: If for any reason you are not happy with the item when you receive it, return it within 10 days, in perfect shape, and I will refund your money minus shipping and insurance charges, or I will work with you until you are satisfied.
CONCERNS
Please be aware that every computer will display colors a little bit differently. If you have questions about the colors of any of the stones used in my designs, please call or email me and we can talk about it.
For your privacy and security, I do not store any customer information, including addresses and phone numbers on line. I also do not share any customer information with third parties.
You may pay for your purchase with a personal check, or money order. If you elect to pay by personal check, I will wait for the check to clear before shipping.
